Just prior to 1600, units were dispatched to a MVC on Long Neck Road in the area of Leisure Point. B-91 arrives first to find a vehicle that had struck a telephone with wires down. B-91 blocked Long Neck Road until the arrival of 80 Fire Units. B-91 obtained patient refusal and returned. Units Responding, 80 Fire Units, B-91, 91-40, DSP, DSFP.
