Minor MVC - Food Lion Parking Lot

Just after 1600, Sussex EOC alerted Indian River Fire Co. and Station 91 for a MVC in the parking lot of the Food Lion on Rt. 24. 91-10 responded with Deputy Chief Millman. Deputy Millman arrived to find a single vehicle into a light pole with minor damage and a single patient outside sitting on the ground. Deputy Millman began assessing the patient as ambulances A and B-91 were arriving on scene. Crews assessed the patient who later chose to refuse transport. 80 fire units arrived and secured the vehicle. 80-15 placed the scene under control and returned all fire units. 91 units cleared soon after. Units on scene, 91-10, A-91, B-91, 80-15, 80-5, DSFP, DSP.
