Mid-Sussex
Just after 1500 hours, Sussex EOC alerted Indian River (80), Station 91 (for the Second Emergency), Medic 106, and Trooper 2 (DSP Helicopter) for a MVC on Long Neck Road in the area of Massey's Landing. A-91 was returning from BMC and responded along with 91-10 and B-91 from the Station. 91-10, with Lt. Millman, arrived on location to find a passanger car vs a 4 wheeler with one injured. Medic 106 and B-91 arrived next and went to work with 91-10 packaging the patient. Medic 106 confirmed to 80 Command that Trooper will be utilized. The single patient was packaged and transported by B-91 to the landing zone in Masseys Landing. The patient was transferred to Trooper 2 for transport to CER. Units were released by Command when ready. Units responding, A-91, B-91, 91-10, 80 Fire Units, Medic 106, Trooper 2, DSP, DSFP.
