MVC With Flyout - Entrance to the Peninsula and Trinity Rd

At 1145 hours station 91, station 80, and SCEMS 106 where dispatched to a MVC with possible entrapment at the entrance to the Peninsula. B-91 went on scene with NREMT-B Donavan reporting a single priority one patient trapped, and notifying 80 command that extraction would be needed with taking the doors, roof, and rolling the dash. 80 fire apparatus went on scene and began extraction of the patient. Patient was loaded into B-91 and transported up the street to the awaiting DSP helicopter. Units on Scene: B-91, 91-10, 80 Fire units, DSFP, DSP, SCEMS 106, Trooper 2
