Mid-Sussex
As snow blanketed the area during the two blizzards of 2010, Station 91 sprang into action providing Emergency Medical Service coverage to our first due area as well as the surrounding areas. At the height of the two blizzards, Mid Sussex maintained three full ambulance crews, a crew for our 4 x 4 duty vehicle, which was being used to transport a Sussex County paramedic to calls where ALS services as needed, and a second 4 x 4 response vehicle. Mid Sussex responded to several emergencies througout the two storms assisting several stranded, sick, and injured persons. Mid Sussex would like to thank the local businesses that provided us with food throughtout the storm and also the local farmers and plow drivers that assisted in helping us arived to emergencies in a safe manner.
