MVC with Entrapment - Long Neck Road

Just as snow began to blanket the Long Neck area, Station 91 was busy responding to various calls in the area. Just as all three units were clearing various calls, Sussex EOC alerted Indian River (80) and Station 91 for a MVC on Long Neck Road in the area of Pot Nets Road. B and C-91 responded and arrived in two minutes to find a SUV that had slid from the roadway into a tree. Crews found two patients, one who was entrapped. Crews advised Sussex EOC of the same and requested Medic 106 to respond. Indian River Fire units arrived and began extrication of the trapped occupant. Once completed, both patient were transported, 1 ALS 1 BLS to BMC. Units on scene, A-91, B-91, C-91, Medic 106, EMS 100, 80 Fire Units, DSP, DSFP.
