Mid-Sussex
With the threat of Hurricane Irene bearing down on the State of Delaware, Chief Officers at Station 91 have been in close contact with State and Local officials regarding the ever changing events. Chief Johnson and Deputy Chief Millman have been planning the Squads actions over the last day or two, deciding how we will go about providing continious coverage throughout the event. The Squad has placed employees scheduled throughout the weekend on standby notice. Plans have also been made for mutiple volunteers to standby to suppliment the career compliment. With current staffing, Mid Sussex will have at least two (2) ambulances and a duty vehicle running from Saturday mid day through Monday at 0600. If anyone has any storm related questions, please feel free to contact Station 91 and ask to speak with an officer.
