Minor MVC - River Road

At 0406hrs on 12/10/11 Station 91 along with Station 80 were dispatched to a minor MVC on River Road. Rescue 80 arrived first and advised of 1 patient walking around, and later advising of a possible pt refusal. 91-8 arrived and confirmed the patient refusal and ambulance A-91 was placed into service.
