Mid-Sussex
Just before 1530 hours, Station 91 was alerted for a second emergency, along with Indian River Fire Co (80), for a MVC at the above address. 91-10 with Deputy Chief Millman arrived on scene within three minutes to find a two vehicle MVC with vehicles still in the roadway. DSP was on scene having the vehicle drivers move the vehicles to clear the roadway for traffic. Deputy Millman assessed the scene and confirmed two vehicles with two patients to be transported and two refusals. A-91 arrived minutes later and assessed the two patients to be transported. Rescue 80 arrived next and Deputy Chief Millman advised the OIC (Captain Hawkins, 80-19) of the situation. A-91 transported two patients to BMC while Deputy 91 obtained two patient refusals. 80-19 placed the scene under control and all units cleared and returned.
