Icy Roadways Bring a MVC - John J. Williams Hwy itao Holly Lake

Just prior to 0800, as snow began to blanket the area, units from Indian River Fire (80) and Station 91 were alerted for a MVC on John J. Williams Hwy in the area of Holly Lake. 91-8 was the first unit to respond with Deputy Chief Millman. Deputy Millman arrived to find Past Deputy Chief Ruckle (80) on scene with Command. Past Chief Ruckle advised 91 units that the patient was out of the vehicle. A single patient was evaluated by the first arriving ambulance and refused transport. A refusal was obtained and the patient was TOT DSP. 91 units cleared. Units responding B and C-91, 91-8, Rescue 80, DSP, DSFP.
