Safe Kids 2014

On Saturday June 21, 2014, 91-8 joined healthcare providers and other emergency responders for the Safe Kids Day in Lewes. Hosted by Lowes at five points, the event featured fire departments from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Indian River, Slaughter Beach and Bethany Beach along with helicopters from Delaware State Police and Christiana LifeNet, and Sussex County EMS, Beebe Medical Center, Nanticoke Hospital, Delaware Fire School and many other community organizations to promote safety to families and children. EMR Brittany Shinn showed off our unit and answered questions relating to EMS.
