MVC with Door Pop

At 1136 hours, Sussex EOC alerted Indian River Fire (80), and Station 91 for a MVC on John J. Williams Hwy in front of Giant.  91-8 responded immediately and arrived on scene within a minute to find a vehicle in the middle of the westbound lane with several people standing outside.  As the crew approched the vehicle and investigated further, we found a female patient confined in the driver seat of the vehicle.  Crews advised Rescue 80 that a door pop would be needed.  Rescue 80 and Engine 80-1 arrived on location and completed the door pop within a few minutes of arrival.  Crews from Mid Sussex removed the patient to a backboard and transported her to Beebe.  80 Command held it to the fire police and all units cleared.  Units on scene, 80 Fire Units, B-91, 91-8, DSP, DSFP.
