At 0716 hours station 91, station 80, and SCEMS 106 where dispatched to a MVC on RT 24 in the area of Gull Point Rd. 91-40 was the first arrive and advised 80 command of a single vehicle MVC with a pole down and wires in the road way and all patients had self extricated themselves from the vehicle. Delmarva Power was requested my 80 command for a priority one response due to high voltage lines down.
